We grow food.
We grow skills.
We grow community.
An inclusive, mission-driven working farm where people of all abilities grow food, build skills, and cultivate community in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia
Who we are
The Empathy Farm is a working market garden — the work is real, not a recreational activity that happens to look like farming.
We grow food for our community using organic, responsible practices, and every week there's real work to do: seeding, cultivating, harvesting, and getting that food to the people who need it.
We believe farming is for everyone. Our inclusive farm community brings together people of all abilities, including neurodivergent individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to work side by side, contribute meaningfully, and grow together.

Seed-to-Table Program

Our core program is back this fall for a six-week Seed-to-Table program. We combine hands-on farm work with enrichment activities like farm projects, visit other farms, a cooking workshop, and more, ending with a community potluck to celebrate the season together.
Coming Spring 2027

We grow food.
Organic, responsible produce grown right here on the farm — shared with the community through our Farm Fresh Food Club and wherever else it's needed most.

Real, hands-on farm and culinary work that builds ability, responsibility, confidence, and experience that carries beyond the field.
We grow skills.

We grow community.
An inclusive community where people of all abilities work side by side, build lasting friendships, and find a place to belong.
